What is STEAM Fest 2026?
STEAM Fest 2026 is a community-driven showcase of innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. It brings together students, educators, innovators, and community members to share ideas that can make a positive impact on society.
Participants are invited to explore challenges and opportunities within Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Design, and Mathematics (STEAM) and present their ideas, projects, prototypes, research, or inventions.
To be selected to present your project or idea at STEAM Fest 2026, you must submit a project proposal or project description by 25 July 2026.
Selected participants will be notified and invited to showcase their projects, ideas, models, demonstrations, or innovations at the festival.
Who Can Participate?
Students from any cohort, including primary, secondary, and tertiary education, are welcome to participate individually or as part of a team.
What Can You Submit?
Your submission can be a project, prototype, invention, research concept, model, or innovative idea that addresses a real-world challenge or creates a positive impact within the community.
Examples may include:
- Scientific investigations
- Engineering designs
- Sustainability initiatives
- Creative technology solutions
- Community-focused innovations
- Any bright ideas that can make a positive impact
Participants are encouraged to showcase working models, demonstrations, prototypes, displays, or other interactive presentations at the festival.
How to Submit Your Proposal

In your email just send us the below information for project or Idea submission:
- Name of Project or Idea:(25 Words)
- Lead Team Members Name:
- A short description of the Project or Idea:(100 Words)
- How you can to showcase your project:(100 Words)
Example: I plan to do a live demonstration of……
Or I plan to present a poster……..
Or I plan to present a slideshow and interactive prestation on…..
DEADLINE: 25th July, 2025
Judging & Awards
Projects will be assessed by an expert panel of educators, industry professionals, researchers, innovators, and community leaders.
Judging may consider:
- Creativity and Originality
- Innovation and Practical Application
- Problem-Solving Capability
- Community Impact and Relevance
- STEAM Understanding
- Quality of Presentation
The decision of the judging panel will be final.
Outstanding projects will receive awards and recognition during STEAM Fest 2026.
Important Note: For the STEAM Project showcase, students need to bring their own laptop/ Ipad and any necessary tools or ICT equipment. From the organizer we will provide Power supply, table and chair ONLY. Please bring any power extension cables or any necessary digital or ICT equipment.
